Open Discord and find #open-a-ticket

Open the Make Money Trading Discord server (you're already a member as an existing client). In the left sidebar under START HERE!, click the channel highlighted below.

Click "Create ticket" and attach your screenshot

Inside the channel, scroll to the Ticket Tool message and click the green Create ticket button. A private ticket channel will be opened just for you. Paste the message from Step 01, attach your screenshot, and send.
